2. What data we collect
Booking data (through Wix Bookings): name, email, phone number, the session you booked, your booking history.
Our website is used for bookings only. We don’t take payments online — all payments are made at the studio, so we never collect or store card details.
Contact form: your name, email, phone (if provided) and your message.
Technical data: basic data needed for the website to work, such as your IP address, browser type and cookies.
Health information: if you choose to tell us about injuries, pregnancy or medical conditions, we use this only to adapt your sessions safely, with your consent.
3. Why we use your data
To manage your bookings and packages — to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To answer your messages — our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To issue invoices and keep accounting records — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR). To adapt sessions to any health condition you share — your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).
To show Google Maps and use non-essential cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. We only share it with the service providers that help us run the studio: Wix.com (website and booking system), Google (Google Maps), Usercentrics (cookie consent) and our accountant. Some of these providers may process data outside the EU.
In that case, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep your data
Booking and client data: while you are our client and up to 3 years after your last booking. Contact form messages: up to 1 year.
Invoices and accounting documents: for the period required by Romanian accounting law. Health information: until you ask us to delete it or stop attending classes.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent at any time.

If you feel we haven't handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP) at www.dataprotection.ro.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to make the website work and, only with your consent, Google Maps. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the fingerprint icon in the bottom corner of the page.
