1. About us
These terms apply to all bookings made with Pure Pilates Reform Studio, operated by TRAKADAS ANDRA PFA, CUI: 51434390, Trade Register No.: F2025007890003, registered office: Strada Emil Racoviță 26A, Voluntari, Ilfov. Studio location: Gafencu Residence, Strada Grigore Gafencu 49, Herăstrău, Bucharest. Contact: pure.pilatesstudio10@gmail.com | 0749 499 993. By booking a session or buying a package, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings and payment
All sessions are booked online through our website. You can book up to 6 hours before a session starts, subject to availability. We don’t take online payments — single sessions and packages are paid directly at the studio.
3. Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel or reschedule your session up to 8 hours before it starts, directly from your account. Cancellations made less than 8 hours before the session, as well as no-shows, are not refunded — the session will be charged in full or deducted from your membership.
4. Packages
The validity period and number of sessions for each package are listed in the Pricing section of our website. Unused sessions expire when the package validity ends and don’t carry over, except in special cases approved by the studio.
5. Medical situations during a package
Payments for sessions and packages are generally non-refundable. If a medical situation prevents you from attending during your package, please let us know. Depending on the situation, your package may be suspended or extended, and the studio may request a medical document.
6. Your health and safety
Before starting, every client fills in a health declaration form, where she shares relevant health information and confirms she takes part under the conditions communicated by the studio. Pilates Reformer is a physical activity, so please also talk to your doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury or have a medical condition.
Please let your instructor know about any injury, pain or change in your health before your session, so we can adapt the exercises for you.
You take part in the sessions based on the information in your health declaration form and under the conditions communicated by the studio. If you feel any pain or discomfort, please stop and tell your instructor.
7. Personal data
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
8. Complaints & Customer Support
If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can discuss the matter and find a solution together. We aim to resolve any concerns promptly and amicably. This does not affect your legal right to contact the competent consumer protection authorities.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. These terms are governed by Romanian law.
